Greenfields Capital Review - Comprehensive Scam Test

Greenfields Capital is a new binary broker that was established in 2017. Today we are going to have a closer look whether this company is a scam or not.

Greenfields Capital is not a licensed company and therefore its operation is illegal. So be extremely careful if you decide to trade here. The minimum deposit for opening a new account is $250. The minimum investment is $5. The broker does not operate internationally, so they provide only platform and support in the English language.

Trading platform of Greenfields Capital

The company uses famous SpotOption platform which offers classic High/Low binary options, ladder and one-touch options. Marginally the platform also includes Forex and CFD trading. Payouts for binary options range from 60% to around 80%, so they are not the worse, but most licensed binary brokers offer better. Cryptocurrency trading is possible on the SpotOption as well you can either trade them like High/Low options or as a CFD product. Payouts for classic options are for cryptocurrencies 62% to 70%. The number of tradeable assets is 190.

Greenfields Capital bonus

As an unlicensed broker, Greenfields Capital can offer a deposit bonus, which is 50% of all deposits. The withdrawal conditions are, however, terrible and most traders complain about them. Clients are required to make a total trading volume of at least 30 times the amount of the bonuses. You can, however, reject accepting this bonus.

Why I consider Greenfields Capital to be a scam

I hate to see when a company is a scam, but every trader should know with whom they are dealing. Greenfields Capital does not have a particularly good reputation on the internet, mainly due to problems with withdrawal process which is difficult thanks to a deposit bonus. It is a wonder to me that the company has successfully managed not being spotted by a regulatory body because they are unlicensed and they can not operate in Europe, Asia or on any other continent. Reason for that is probably because they are new in the industry and they have no history since they were created in 2017. Greenfields Capital can, therefore, be considered by some as a scam.

My husband invested £250 with Greenfields this week and as we are new to cryptocurrency it seemed like a good place to start. Having checked his account after 4 days it still remains the same. The account manager called him but he could not take the call so my husband emailed to say when he would be available and since we have not had any contact. Can you tell me how we can withdraw our funds, please?

Hello Christine, Try to login to trading account at Greenfields and look for tab finance and withdrawal. They will most likely require a copy of your ID from you and then you should be able to take your money out. If you have accepted their bonus, they might, however, make some troubles. If you are looking for a good crypto broker or a crypto guide for beginners, we have both on our website.

Hi Michael I have already posted my bad experiences with Green Fields Capital in this forum. Today I found this mychargeback.com - they claim they can help me get back my money from Green Fields Capital. They are located at Delaware, US. I have to pay an upfront fee of US$850 and once they have recovered my money, I have to pay 25% of it. I really dont mind as getting back 75% of my money is much better than none. But my question is : Is this mychargeback.com reliable? I dont want to lose $850 for nothing.

Your most likely never getting the funds out, they use false hope just so you can continue placing in more money, I'm not critic but a previous investors as soon as you place a withdrawal request you'll be called again with a doggy reason on why you should cancel your withdrawal request and once that's done a losing trade will be made so you can lose all your money to the broker and brokers (From GreenFields Capital) will get a bonus from your loss. Brokers Name was Jimmy Lee, He called me from a private number asking to access my account with my password (Stupidly I gave him the password and that was it for me my entire capital was lost), he can easily deny it since its not on his account but rather logged in with my account details, if report him he can easily tell his managers that I made that trade and not him since the trade made wont reflect from his account but mine, I lost all my money there so just let it slide.

Hi Christine Green Fields Capital are full of con artists. You can request for a withdrawal and I hope you get it since it’s your money. I invested US$28892 and within 2 weeks, the account manager said the mkt acted against us and my money was all gone. There was $7980 which remained in my a/c and my withdrawal was rejected and they cited reason as bonus that belonged to the company. I know my money is gone and I have reported them to UK online fraud police. I suspect this company is not even in UK. One of my deductions made by this company showed a czech bank. So I’m wondering if these guys are all in Czech and pretending to be in UK. Whatever it is, please dont invest in this company. They are all frauds. And they lied to me that it’s risk free and my money in the a/c will always be there even if there are no payouts. All are lies. Pl dont trust them. they will force you to invest at least $30k and they will do this by giving you bonuses. They are all in paper only. Not only that. Trading fees will be deducted too, some of which as steep as $1k. All these they will never mention. Pl dont be conned by these frauds

Oh and I forgot something else. They said as long asI dont trade on my own, I will never lose my money unless I get drunk and go into their trading platform. They traded for me and within 2 weeks my money was gone

I must tell you all how I was conned. I read a story about this Singaporean lady who invested in bitcoin with tesler and made millions. And how she kept it secret from her husband for 3 years. And i was so stupid to believe it and registered my particulars in a link provided at the end of the story. And then this guy Jack Holloway called and asked me to download this software that wld allow him to access my computer. Then created an a/c and that’s when I realised it was Green Fields Capital and not tesler. When I asked him, he gave me some vague explanation. Then asked me to deposit $500. N then asked me to deposit another $2100. And said i must speak to this Thomas Green who is his guru and wld give me very gd advice on trading. But this Thomas guy was a smooth talker. He said if I deposit a total of $30k incl that $ 2600 which I hav already deposited, he wld give me a bonus which will increase my total to $52k. When i was very hesitant he said i can withdraw my money anytime I want and even demonstrated and allowed me to withdraw $1k. That’s the only money I got back. The rest was gone and Jack said mkts acted against is and the money was gone when it was supposed to be risk free. After that when I checked that story with the Singapore woman making millions, i was shocked to find similar stories with different women in different countries. Then I realised it’s all a scam. If I had only checked this earlier, I wouldnt have lost so much money. Pl dont fall for their scam.

Hi Selvi - I read your story and I am the newest victim. I invested 10K and they screwed me over big time. I am trying to close to account. Can you tell me how to do it? I just want out. I requested a withdrawal, I contacted support for a refund and closure of account. I do not get a reply and I do not hear from anyone. What do I do?

Dear Selvi, I am writing as exactly the same thing happened to me. I think we might have had the same smooth talking bastard. Exactly the same lies, that my money would always be safe, that I had to keep putting in extra for this bonus and contract etc and then when I tried to withdraw, they put it all on a trade they knew couldn't win, and I lost my life savings with those thieving bastards. So why don't we join together and try and take down these scam merchants. Can anyone give any advice as to what Selvi and I can do to try and recover our money and take down these cheating bastards. Please help. Thank you. Marie White

You all might work wonder Why i keep writing here. It’s because I dont want any1 else to go thru what I’m going thru. I’m hoping people before investing in Green Fields Capital check out all these comments. If I had done, I wldnt hav invested in that fraud company. I just learnt that this company isnt even licensed. Thus, it’s not connected to the trade market. What they have in their website - the trading platform, our accounts with the balance, etc etc are just part of a simulation. It’s not real. It’s like playing a video game. All our money is deposited in the company bank and I suspect it’s a bank in czech as I remember seeing it in my bank a/c when my money was deducted. They are part of a syndicate - all these people who call us with their fictitious names.

Hi Christine I also invested 250 pounds been trying to get a refund. Today I get a phone call to be told I only have 52 pounds left in as they take a non trading fee every month even though I messaged them to say I want a refund fuming is an understatement. Then got told I can only withdraw in 100 pounds increments so to put it bluntly I've been screwed over big time not even done nowt.then when I emailed them today they said I should of read terms I didn't even know it was Greenfield's I was investing in at a loss of what to do next

Can anyone tell me.... is it even safe to send the documents they require for verification?! I didn't realise until I had signed up and given them money that I had to send this stuff... I have told them I'm not happy to do so and that I just want my money back and to close the account but they keep saying they need my documents to close the account and withdraw my £300... The 'support' number on the website can't be connected, there are no telephone numbers available anywhere else, Live Chat is a waste of time as they keep saying they'll get my manager to call me and no-one does. sounds like a complete scam and I'm embarrassed I fell into the trap!

Hi Michael, I signed up and paid my $250. After reading your comments I am very reluctant yo even start trading. Do you think they will refund me. The only reason I signed up for this was the trading web site was being offered by Bill gates and Richard Branson so i thought it was a reputable venture and then when i had made the deposit it opened on the Greenfields trading. At this point i was nervous!!!
Michael
October 29, 2017 AT 14:54 / reply
Hello Pam, That is how they do it, they show you someone who is well recognised and respected person so, for example, Bill Gates and they make you think how good their system is. If you haven't started trading, don't. It might be easier for you to withdraw your money with no trading activity. And definitely, do not accept their deposit bonus! With a trusted and regulated company, withdrawing money wouldn't be a problem, but with them, no one can guarantee you that.

Hi Michael, Can you give me any advice as to how I can try and recover the £12,000 these bastards took from me. They also just gave me a £1500 bonus without telling me any of the stipulations. I asked to withdraw my money and as others have said, they wouldn't let me and they deliberately manipulated the trades so I would lose everything rather than let me withdraw. I am reluctant to pay Mychargeback £850 to try and recover the money as you have to pay that whether you win or lose . Your advice please Michael. Is there any way I can get to these guys? Many thanks Marie White

Hello Marie, Thank you for sharing your story. I am very sorry to hear your bad experience. From what I heard MyChargeBack is in almost all cases able to recover your funds. The decision whether you use their services is, of course, yours to take. If you want to try to recover your funds on your own, which is unfortunately quite hard, you can contact your bank and ask them to cancel the payment you made (if you made the deposit via credit card)

Hello Thabo, Yes, it seems like greenfields capital really is a scam. That is why we warn about this company our readers. How long is it from your deposit? Do you think your bank could still cancel the payment? You might want to ask them. If they do not help you, try to stay with greenfields capital in touch as much as possible, because that is probably the only chance how to get your money back.

Hi, I just signed up and paid £250, but I am hesitating to trade with them because I don't find any good review, and I got many phones from them, asking me to install a programme on my computer, then to send them a copy of the card on both sides, they ask me too many personal details.. Hi Marius Doru I am in the same boat as you. I also signed up for a $250 minimum deal to create an account with Greenfields Capital. The account manager, Patrick Kelly whom I paid said that the senior accountant, Robert Williams will contact me 16November which he did. Thereafter I got about four phone calls from their office in London. My last phone call with Robert Williams lasted about two hours because Robert was first explaining to me how everything works and how much money I can make etc... At the end he wanted me to withdraw up to R25 000 out of my personal banking account because he told me that this is the right time for making big bucks at the end of the year(to good to be true) I totally disagreed with him and told him that I first want to see if my $250 can be withdrawn from my current Greenfields Capital account before he goes and steel more money out of my personal account. He gave up and said he will withdraw $100 out of my account that will take a week. When I pay them it takes two working days but when they pay me back it takes one week! To verify my account they required the following documents for verification: • Colour Copy of Passport / National ID Card / Driving License (front and back) • Colour copy of a Bank Statement / Utility Bill issued in the last 3 months, showing your full name, residential address and issue date • Colour copy of the Credit / Debit Card used for the deposit, showing the name, expiration date and last four digits (front), and the signature (back). For your privacy, please ensure that the first twelve digits and CVV code are concealed I will never send this! It is like giving away my whole personal identity! I am now waiting for my money.

Yes, Marius that’s what they’re doing with me. Beware, they will keep asking you if you have a international withdrawal limit on your visa or MasterCard. My bank shut my internet banking down as this scum were trying to make two illegal, unauthorised withdrawals from my account. They have introduced a program into my computer that is so toxic even the experts are having extreme difficulty cleaning it up. Certainly cant use it. Anyway, stay right away. I’m going to Facebook this company and I will do all the damage I can to them. AUSTRALIAN SECURITYS COMM AND MY BANK HAVE BEGUN INVESTIGATIONS.

Hey J.J., I am glad that you are one of the people who actually read reviews before joining something. I consider IQ Option to be currently one of the top choices when choosing a broker. They have minimum deposit only 10 dollars, so you can invest whatever sum you like. Plus there is also a free demo included for your practise trading, so very welcoming conditions for all types of traders.

Hello Michael, I read quite a few reports and reviews and then settled on cryptorobot365. I decided to invest £500, then I was contacted by Greenfields, and they are supposed to be calling me on Monday morning. Having just read your review, I am also very concerned. Having not been involved with crypto currencies before, it seemed to me to be a good idea to me to use an automatic system. I am not sure at this point in time whether my account is verified, as I only paid out yesterday evening and sent all the documentation asked for. What is my best course of action please, and do you think I will get my money returned? If and when I get my money back, will www.iqoption.com be my best bet, and how easy will it be as a complete newbie, please? Thanks for your report Kind regards John
Michael
November 17, 2017 AT 12:30 / reply
Hello John, Thank you for your inquiry. Both cryptorobot365 and Greenfields are scams, why I accuse them like that can be read on our website where we have exposed them. In general, all automatic systems just try to rob people who have no experience in trading from their money. I don't know whether they will allow you to withdraw your money, and I think the best choice for you now would be to ask your bank to cancel the payment (if that is possible). IQ Option is a good choice, especially if you plan to buy a cryptocurrency and hold it for a longer time period (there are no swaps (fees when you stay in a position overnight) which normally other CFD brokers charge. And if you are a beginner, their offer might be the best fit you. Find a cryptocurrency that you think has the best potential to grow, then you can buy it and hold it. You also might want to check our crypto guide for beginners in crypto trading - https://tradingbeasts.com/cryptocurrency-trading-for-beginners/. I hope I could be at least a bit of help. Hello Michael, my Name is Azmes from the UK, I joined them with accepting the Bonus 250 pounds and I invested 500 pounds, totalling 750. After 2 days they deposited 5.4% profit which I was pleased. Then they persuaded me to deposit more because of the bitcoin shares. I deposited addition of 11k. Now I am pleased to see the total in my Acct 25K within 2 weeks. I aI transferred 1K giving my details, the system has deducted from my Account on the following day, I checked my personal account it has not been credited yet. I am a bit worried if I can get the money. My account Manager also suggested that I send by wire transfer. Please advice me, how I can withdraw the 25K or ( they expect 30 times of the bonus is 7k ) needs to be traded.I am not sure what that means to start with.I want to speak to the guy, he seems reasonable. your advice, please.

Hello Azmes, I would advise you not to deposit any more money, that is for sure. You have invested a lot of money without actually reviewing the company, that was not very smart and might come to you. Anyway, try to stay in touch with them as much as possible, if they think you might deposit in the future, even more, money they might allow you to withdraw some of it. But as you can see from comments in this post, most people have huge problems with withdrawing any of their money...

I understand your point. But so far all the transactions are very transparent, after the incident. when I talked to the Senior Acct manager I told them why I stop the card and to reissue new one etc.. I checked all the transactions are under the greenfields name. I plan to withdraw some to see it comes through. Now that I have stopped any withdrawals from my Acct. Only funds coming in will be accepted. Do you think wire transfer is much safer for me to withdraw mine funds? your advice is important.

Hello Amzes, I don't think it doesn't matter whether they will send it to you by a wire transfer or to the card with which you have deposited (as long as they keep up their promise and they pay you out the money).

Hi Michael M name is Michele Cassimjee i live in , I heard on the radio about bitcoin and trading online. I am from South Africa and I am a single parent and just lost my jobs. I needed to find some source of income. So I registered on greenfields capital webpage. They asked me for 500$ to start trading and they will double the amount by 500$. Which I did and foolishly signed the bonus contract. I was then contacted by a person by the name of Raphael King. He spoke to me for 2 hours trying to explain to me how the investment work and he said that my personal account needs to so I did that then he told me that there was 2 shares of apple stock available so he is going to do the purchase asap. Before I knew what was going on another 500$ was taken out of my account and he tried to take out more telling me need 2000$ to buy the 2 apple shares he has available but I didn't have enough funds. For my verification, they asked for my id, drivers license utility bill and a pic of the card i paid with which was my debt card. I am a single parent and just lost my Job, so I really needed the money. When I called the bank they said that premium peak uk withdrew the funds and when the looked into that company it was a tuxedo hiring company. I am devastated and desperate, I have tried to contact the company several times and it says the webpage does not exist. Please help me I dont know what to do and how to get my money, Please please -- Kind Regards Michele Cassimjee

Hello Michele, First of all, never invest money that you can not afford to lose. Secondly, I am very sorry to hear that you haven't found any information about the company before you made a deposit. Nevertheless, the biggest chance how to get your money back is through your bank. Try to call them and cancel the payment.

Hello Michael, I had the exactly the similar situation I had to withdraw X, luckily next day morning I always checked my bank transactions, I saw a transaction waiting to be executed and it was the same company as theirs for X amount, I was expecting that to be from greenfields Capital, I quickly rang my Bank and told them that I do not recognise this company and I do not have any dealings. So she said that they investigated and told me the company was bogus. I told them to cancel my debit card at once re-issue a NEW card and cancel it. Following day chat to my Accounts Manager, explained the situation, he was advising me to tell the bank to accept it BUT I told him already its been taken care that I have cancelled my debit card that's it. He said it cannot happen that he will check and let me know. The following day I checked my Account and X pounds was credited by Greenfields Capital as I expected. Now I have instructed my Bank not to allow withdrawal any funds. from any source but keep open if any funds are credited. Now looking for ways to withdraw the profits as soon as possible. Hope this helps you to get the next step. So far they have kept the deal. But I am waiting to hear from them. Hope it helps.

Any broker in Sydney that is reliable like IQ option? I might be tempted to invest $100 Australian dollars. I read that if a person invested in Bitcoin from 2017 the increase is around 350% up till late November. (Much much more in five years!) Ethereum is up around 4000% for the same 2017 period. What about the other crypto currencies such as All Safe, AMIS, Dash, Monero, Rie Coin, Vert Coin, etc? Any comments? I came across GreenFields Capital earlier today but never went ahead. Thank you Michael for clarifying about unsafe brokers or dealers. From Michael (same name as yours!)

Hi Michael, I have spent about 3 hours today on the phone today to a lady called Melanie Evans who has tried very hard to talk me into putting £4000 from my credit card into my greenfields account. This then dropped to £1000 when I flatly refused. I opened the account with Greenfields Capital a few months ago with £300, but work commitments meant I had not time to 'have a go' at trading. I have over this time received several calls from them but it was only today that the 'hard sell' began. Melanie began by going through how the web site works even withdrew £100 from the account. The credit card company, fortunately, refused to authorise the £1000.00 that I eventually agreed to put into the account. I expect I will have lost the £200 in the account as I do not want to give them my entire ID to withdraw my money. At present I do not have a permanent address and do most of my computer 'work' using the club room of my local gym, so no conversation is private. I kept telling her this but she would not take no for an answer. She wanted me to use my phone and not the laptop, as this would be more private. Tomorrow, when I feel less stressed out with this I will try to withdraw the money and close the account. I wish I had found this page before I put money into there account, it has been very informative reading the comments here. Good luck people

I'm elderly, retired, and have severe physical and mental diseases. And I set up an account with Greenfields Capital yesterday. I had phone calls from two male senior executives, in the course of the morning, and one from a female crypto-currencies trading expert, over the lunch period. She walked me through filling out the forms and depositing £250 into the account and promised me another phone call today. She has called me but I was asleep so I didn't hear the phone. She had promised she would call me by lunchtime - and made a further attempt, but I was still asleep and didn't hear it either. Since then, de nada. I began to smell a rat, despite this lady's sincerity and knowledge being impeccable! Whilst surfing the internet after lunch, on a Friday, as you do, I googled Greenfields Capital Scam, and lo and behold, found the rat was real. So I plan on playing along until I get my £250 back, as I think there is a good chance they'll let me do that, to sucker me in for larger amounts. But, even if I have to say bye to it, they did warn me not to invest a larger amount than I could afford to lose. I'll let you how I get on. Meanwhile, crypto-currency is a mind-boggling market, so I haven't been put off. I'll take a look at your website and find a more reputable company to place my savings with. One good thing has come out of it. I found out about CFD trading and it tickled my mathematical interest, so I researched it and will go down that road, when I find a more reputable company to deal with.

Hello M.Jega, If I were I would try to withdraw your funds from the company asap (hopefully they will process this request). Since you made a deposit with a debit card you should be able to tell your bank to cancel this payment. The decision is up to you now, but as you can see most people have really bad experience with Greenfields Capital. Regards Michael

Hi Guys I just stumbled upon greenfeilds, and made the mistake of registering with email address and phone number. 5 seconds later a very shouty woman called me and tried to pressure me into investing there and then - I played along to see how far she would go. she was sooooo pushy asking lots of personal information (to which I lied - and gave nothing personal), she then said ' I had to give my bank details in the next 10 minutes or my licence would expire - whatever that means. I fought back and said she was to pushy and I will do everything at my own pace. she began shouting at me and said she had cancelled my licence (whatever that is) and hung up on me This is without a shadow of a doubt a scam - please don't touch them! cheers dan

He sent me a link for the sotfware called Tesler 2 but I have also received another email fron Greenfields, so I'm confused as to whether they are one and the same company do you know? Ive reported them to the Payment System Regulator www.psr.org.uk who told me they are illegal and are not allowed to trade in the UK. The so called trading platform they use is in fact a training platform and is only on their server and does not connect to the trading market in any way, So people think they are trading and making money when in fact it's a very clever SCAM ! Once i mentioned i will take it to the fraud police they have suddenly replyed that they will try and refund me. Hmm no money yet. I hope this helps other people in my position. Hi Michael I read some comments on Trading Beast web site and by the looks of your profile pic you look like a honest and trustworthy guy. So i am mailing you in hope that you can advise me in the right direction . I am new to Trading and invested $250 in Green Field a few months ago hoping that i set up my wife to make a second income . Long story short wasn't happy , tried to withdraw a few times , and stupidly let them convince me to let them help me make back the lost trade that they told to trade on. I am now in big financial trouble and need make $100 i have left up $300 and then withdraw from Green Field and invest it in a trustworthy profitable broker . So that my wife can learn and trade for a second income . So my question to you is , Do you think there is an experience trader/broker you will help me grow my $100 to $300 . When the $300 is reached will withdraw and deposit $250 to the broker who helped me . Your Advise will be greatly appreciated . Thanks Llewellyn

Hello Liewellyn, Thank you for the kind words. Before I advise you anything I want to mention that you should never invest money that you can not afford to lose. There are few options for you when choosing the most suitable crypto broker for you and I actually wrote an article comparing the best crypto brokers on the market - https://tradingbeasts.com/crypto-brokers/. Both IQ Option and Plus500 are good options, Plus500 is better for day trading, IQ Option for long-term investing (which might be a better option if you are new to this). Also definitely check out guide for crypto newbies to learn more about investing in cryptocurrencies. Best of luck. Cheers! Michael

Hello Sathya, Thank you for the comment for other readers. As you can see in the comment section, many people fell for this scam and never saw their money again, so, unfortunately, I can not say whether you have a chance to see it again. The best advice I can give you is to try reaching out to your bank to cancel the payment.
Rachel
January 15, 2018 AT 21:29 / reply
I think you should give them a call to their number to check with the payment release. I have read on their website hat processing of a withdrawl request takes 3 days, due to verification reasons. Once the request is processed, it takes about 5-10 business days for money to be transferred back to your card or whichever method you have chosen. If you have not invested anything, and requested for a withdrawal your account can not be considered as 'inactive' as you have initiated a 'withdrawal' already. Some prople on this blog have said they have received their money back. So they can't be that of a scammer to steal money and still operate successfully to continue with their dodgy business.

Hi Luke, This is exactly what I did. As soon as I read the review, I placed a request for withdrawal of my deposit even before the schedule call of installation of the software in my system. I found them extremely pushy. Anyway, after their several attempts to pursuade me, I have managed to tell them I am not interested in trading with them because of the negative reviews. They have told me I should receive my deposit back within 3-10 business days. if it does not arrive by that time I shall be lodging a complaint against them. The company that owns Greenfieldscapital is based in London and operates as a registered company.

Hi, A close friend of mine has just fallen victim to these scammers. We wish she had read all your comments before! In her case the broker actually managed to persuade her to give him access into her computer using anydesk and transferred money from her bank to her credit card account right before her very eyes. Isn’t this outrightly unethical? Because they had access to her computer we are now worried about information theft, identity theft, the likes. Anyone with a similar experience and knows if the scam will go beyond the money already invested?

I am so frustrated. Basically this company is such a big scam. I am currently on hold with the fraud squad with my bank as this is what this company is, they are frauds. I deposited £370, about $500 about 40 minutes ago, i spoke with a salesman who told me answers to my questions and basically lied through his teeth. I asked how long for withdrawal, he said 24 hours, in fact it's difficult to get any money out of them and it will be 7-10 working days. I asked him how old the company is and he said 10 years, when in fact it's 1 year (2017). I also asked him why he would come through on a Swedish number and he gave me a load of lies to the reason which i didn't really understand. I then said i read on google that this company is unlicensed and he said if i believe this then everyone would be dead very soon as the internet gives us lots of false information. he was a good salesman and the fact that they called me only 2 minutes after i registered was a good sales tool because it didn't give me enough time to research the company. I foolishly then deposited the money, i'm so upset with myself, initially this is my fault, but this con artists are very good at being scammers/frauds. DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY WITH THIS AWFUL COMPANY

Hi There - I hope you can help me? I stupidly deposited $500 the other day (£370), after a guy called Alexander Blanc called me when I registered interest in the website. He told me I would earn £2000 a month with this deposit, however the amount is still $500 today. I rang and rang on Saturday afternoon, as straight away I changed my mind and I have sent them a few emails. They didn't answer the phone. But they replied yesterday on email saying I need to verify my account giving them my passport/debit card/utility bill. Why can't they just return my money in the way it was taken. I'm not comfortable with giving this sensitive information on email. I have read reviews about this and I've found out that they're not an official licensed broker now :o( They took my money out without all of these steps so why can't they just return it in the same way. I am really not comfortable about giving my card details out (I actually cancelled it to be on the safe side). I believe they have tricked me also, they told me there was an app I could track this on so I could see how my deposit was doing. The app does not exist as I have searched and searched for it. I was also told that someone would call me on Tuesday evening (yesterday) and I have heard nothing. I believe they have deceived me. Do you have any advice for me? Thanks!

Dear Michael, My partner and I have lost £170,000 over 4 months with Greenfields Capital. They initially made us win win win. At the same time they asked us to invest more capital. Just before the New Year all of a sudden we started loosing with their advice. We asked our remaining money back, which was about £60,000 but they then appointed an recovery manager and with his advice we lost even more money. Is their CFD platform a scam? Can they play with that platform or is it link to Forex trading? Do you have any idea as to how we can recover our money back from them? Big time stupid

Hello, It is an unregulated scam, they can do whatever they please. So even manipulate the price so you would lose all your trades. As you might have read in this comment sections, I have advised most people to contact their bank to cancel the deposit. But you made such a large deposit, that I am not even certain it was made by a credit card. Unfortunately, in such case, there is not much how can I help you :(.

Hello Michael, My partner used CFD platform through the Greenfields Capital account. How can the Greenfields Capital manipulate the the price or the trade? Everything was going well until the last trading day of December. They said everything went well and they would do the calculation and put the money into his account. However, my partner couldn't see the accounts for couple of days and he couldn't access his account. And when he could access the Greenfirleds account on the first week of January, there were only £60,000. When my partner made enquiries they said we lost money and his Greenfield account and calculations were in accordance with it. Since then his broker became unavailable. They appointed another person from a so called recovery department. With that person advice he lost the rest of it within a short period. So we don't know where to go from here. I know it is too late but I checked the company records and Greenfields Capital here in UK trades under Premium Peak Ltd. When I made the search about this company, it was created sometimes in 2017 and although there was two company shown as secretary and a person in the name of Stefka Nedelcha Ivanova are shown. One company who was appointed as a secretary resigned and dissolved and the other company which is involved in most of the company creations also resigned. So only this Bulgarian Nationality woman, Stefa Ivanova seems to be responsible for the company. And most of the other related companies were opened and dissolved within 6 months of their time. When you say unregulated scam isn't there any national or international institutions or law forces to make complaint about them?

Too bad experience :( Me and my husband been curious about bitcoin loophole for a week so we tried to send info then right after entering the info, they called, the agents from GreenfieldsCapital, they are trying to convince us to open an account. Said 500USD, I reacted bcoz i know 250USD only. But then she said its only a deposit as soon as i have an account i can take back the money and leave only 20USD. As soon as we already had account we tried to withdraw the money, two times, when they notice the 400USD withdrawal the Account Manager email me to cancel the withdrawal. So i said i will cancel if u call but by the time he called he lead us to trading Gold vs Oil and buy all 500USD at once for Two days. He said he will call after two days. I message him if should i wait for the expiration date or i can close the deal manually after i notice the lost but sadly he did not reply until the next hour i opened my account i lost 500USD already :( ..

One of their account managers did call me to inquire why am I withdrawing and that I should cancel the withdrawal. I told him that I am not interested to trade through them due to the negative reviews I have read about them. The guy didnt continue any further to convince me. In my opinion, it is worth engaging in online chat with their agents to follow up with the status of the refund/withdrawal. I have found this more reliable.

Hi Guys, I got sucked in by a fast talking pushy salesman/account manager from Greenfields in late December. Almost as soon as I had hung up the phone I thought OMG I've been scammed and made a withdrawal straight away. I then got told I needed to do the verification of ID power bill CC card details etc which I did, then I got a call from another senior account manager asking why I would leave after not doing any trades. I told them it was not any of their concern but requested that they honor my request so after all this backwards and forwards was done it was finally updated as pending on the 04.01.18, then about 3 days later it was changed to confirmed then this morning 19.01.18 I received $700AUD back on my CC minus $11 for international transfer. I had written the money off. I did send one email yesterday asking where the money was and got a reply saying check with your bank if there were any incoming transfers and then get back to us if there wasn't. So overall relieved to get money back and will be now only investing with a regulated broker. I hope this gives some of you guys a little bit of light at the end of the tunnel. But it took about 4 weeks from start to finish. Regards Graham P.S. I have cancelled this CC

Hi there! I done the same! But there’s hope! I got my deposit back the other day. I told my bank that they had asked me for sensitive documents to release my funds. My bank told me under no circumstances give them your documentation. They even told me If you give them your account and sort code they would have to close my account. My tip. Contact your bank, tell them all about the deceptions. The app that doesn’t exist. Promise of valuable profits. If Greenfields contact you again. Tell them your bank has advised you under no circumstances supply these documents and your bank will be in touch and correspondence will go via them going forward. My money went back 3 days later with no questions asked. I felt like a fool telling my bank about this. But they’re there to help and was extremely understanding. Good luck everyone!!!

Reading these reviews I'm worried now, I stupidly invested £500.00, then I got cold feet and withdraw the money soon after. I've had an email back from them and they've said I will get the money back within 7-10 working days. I spoke to my credit card company and they have said, if I don't get it back they will fight my case, I hope. It could turn ugly tomorrow as the account manager want to persuade me on the benefits. Should I ignore or just play along.

Definitely, do not tell him that you want to cancel the withdrawal, just explain to him that you now necessarily need the money for unexpected expenses. If he will be really pushy, tell him that you will deposit later on (but of course, don't do that).

Dear Michael So , I got sucked in big time. I wish it was just £500. I was convinced to deposit £5000 as there was some good trades coming off and was told i would return £3000 on top of my 5K.. I would have been then classed as VIP and get extra benefits due to the large deposit.. So I sent them the money.. I then had a call next day to place 5 trades at £1000 each fine. what could go wrong. . After sleeping that night I felt sick in my stomach. I watched my 5k worth of trades loosing. could I get in touch with greenfields , no. emails or calls no reply... eventually the trades ended on the friday night. Im sitting with £3700 in account after the 5 trades lost. I am now in a battle after nearly 3 weeks to get the remaining money back. I was promised I wouldnt loose and that they would refund my account with a "bonus" after reading into this "bonus" I quickly emailed called and sent a message to them stating NOT to apply this bonus to my account. . I then came across this site and see I am not the only one to suffer... I have adheard to there withdrawal terms and conditions (worthless it seems) and they are still holding my money.. There must be some sort of law against this surely????? The lies and deceit flow like water of a ducks back. This company are the absolute scum of the earth. and once my funds are back in my bank I shall do everything in my powers to make sure they are known.

The fact that it is unethical or illegal unfortunately does not concern some people...The best way is to report them to financial authorities in your country. If you are based in the UK - FCA is the regulatory body to contact. They have even a page where you can report a scam - See

Hi Green fields capital is a team of con-artists. I tink they r located in czech n lie they r fr london. i invested US$29k . Tis jack guy gave me bonus n retro contract bonus. N then said all my money was lost as mkts worked against me . He was the one who said it was risk free n i will nvr lose my investment. My instincts told me he is a con artist fr the beginning bt didnt follow my instincts. Then i put in a withdrawal request for the remaining us$ 8k bt until now i hav not got that money. I will wait for another 1-2 weeks. If i don't get it by then, i doubt they will ever credit to my bank. Pl dont fall into their traps. they even said i will only lose my money if i got drunk n traded on my own. As long as they trade for us, we will never lose our money. All r lies. Pl don't invest with them.

I am trading for 3 months so far with GreenFields Capital and it is going beyond amazing. I invested 14k GBP, and so far my ballance is 67k GBP. Meanwhile i withdrew 10250 GBP in total, without any problems. I am kinda researcher, and i read this review and it seemed a bit weird for me, because the kind of exp that i have with them is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE. Then, i saw that in almost any comment by so called Michael, he is mentioning other broker as a reccomendation, so i guess this is another lousy attempt of commercial/advertise. Even i think that you will not post my comment, since you are obviously paid advertise, guys, i cant believe that you are capable of doing this kind of filthy stuff. As far as you ask me, Green Fields is 10/10 and i would recommend them to EVERYONE.

I have no problem with posting your comment, this is a free discussion anyone can join it with their opinion. As you can see hundreds of people, only from this forum, scammed by Greenfields Capital would disagree with the way this company works. The only thing I am concerned about when posting your comment is if you don't work for them. And regarding recommendation of the brokers, I promote only companies that I trust, have a good reputation and are fully licensed to operate on the market. And by that, I mean legally, not like Greenfields Capital which operates illegally.

This is a relatively positive message about Greenfields Capital. I deposited a sum of money in 2 instalments, having allowed myself to be pressurised to give the 2nd. I 'slept on it' and decided not to continue and requested a withdrawal (refund of the total amount). There were telephone calls, of course, to try to persuade me to continue - but I insisted that I wanted a refund. I spoke to a senior manager explaining why and to a Customer Services representative. Both were extremely helpful and understanding. The Customer services representative contacted the Financial dept during our conversation and confirmed that the refund was approved and that I would have the money in 7-10 days. The money was refunded in 2 working days. My only complaint is not with Greenfield Capital but with the system that led me to them. When I clicked on the link which suggested that the trading could be very successful, it led straight to Greenfield Capital (taking the initiative from me). It did not give any information on which I could base a decision as to which - if any - broker I wished to join. That said, I have no other complaints at all.

Hi Michael, I put c€25k into GFC. all lost except for 2 live trades which are in profit, for now. When I asked "Robert Williams"- he seemed to have the same voice as the previous account manager "David Ashton"- if I could close those 2 trades and withdraw that money in order to minimise the loss he told me that that money was bonus money and could not be withdrawn. How can this be? On the platform I cant see any section showing me how much I have left in the account or a running statement only a PnL value which when I asked about it was told that it doesn't really mean anything. These people are the most devious I have ever encountered. They make the "Wolf of Wall St" look like a monk in comparison.

I have had a bas experience with this broker. They only thing they're after is your money. This is what they do. The first thing is that you recieve calls in order to deposit more and more money. De second fase is to trade. Because I am not very experienced in trading I had to rely on them. That's what they want. "I am a professional trader and the only thing you have to do is push te buttons." Then you start to lose some and te next time you are losing a little bit more. That was the moment for me te withdraw my money. And then starts the third fase. They won't let you go. It has something to do with bonusses. They are very good in confincing their clients and so I decided to do one tradingsession more. That was the final blow. I lost all my money in that session. After that they don't react anymore on e-mail and you can't reach them by Phone. I contacted the dutch authority (AFM) and they said this is a criminal organisation. You are warned!

Andrew I opened an account with this bunch recently and within minutes I received a call from one of their "investment managers" asking me how much I wanted to invest. Pushy guy. Fortunately I was having some difficulty transferring funds which caused considerable delay because within minutes of giving him my details I started to receive multiple calls from Russia, Oman and Venezuela none of which I answered. This was highly unusual, just too much of a coincidence so I immediately checked reviews and halted money transfere. Lucky escape I think!!

I, like others, fell for the advertised rubbish... I Deposited £360 as requested by the operator that phoned.. I was told I would get a phone call on Apr 11th, but then got one that afternoon; I was driving so she said she would contact me back the following day at 10am. At 10:30ish, I got the telephone call that was suggested would come... The lady gave what she called a tutorial, but it was so fast that not much of it could sink in. During this tutorial she requested that I withdraw £100 of the sum deposited to my bank, which I did, and I noticed that the withdrawal was almost immediately approved. She had me install a piece of software onto my computer that she may see what I was doing whilst she was describing it to me. Whilst still being connected to the software, she asked me to log into my bank account in order that she could setup a QPT (Quick Profit Transfer).. at this point I became very suspicious, as this would be not normal practice due to data protection etc. I told her that I would be disconnecting her from my computer whilst I logged into it, which I did. Once reconnected, she asked which account I wished to use, so I told he, but then I heard her reciting the numbers from another account that was on the screen so quickly interrupted her to say that was the wrong account, she agreed that she had gotten the wrong account; this doubled my suspicions. Then came the attempt to get me to load more funds to their software, stating that only I could get at those funds and that they were not live trading funds until I made them so. The conversation then became long and arduous as she pushed and pushed to get me to add £10,000 funds to the account.. however by this point my suspicions had been raised to Black Alert level. I requested a withdrawal of the remaining £260 and then phoned the card company to alight them of the situation and the attempt to have me log into my bank account with her watching.. They gave me a number to ring (for my card services), which I haven't done yet, but I will. £100 arrived back onto my card from Greenfields today. I have since logged in to view the status of my other withdrawal request, but it still say PENDING. I will let you know if the other £260 gets refunded.

To add to the above; at several times during the conversations I asked if they are British or in Britain due to the accents of herself and others that were speaking both in the background and directly to me.. I was told categorically that they are a British company, in Britain, and in Canary Warf in London.. One comment was that most of the traders there were from Wall Street and that is why they have American accents.. I also got "why, are you racist or something?".

Hello everyone, take another prospective about green fields from an happy client. I'm trading with green fields capital for already 3 month, in the period of 3 month i managed to triple the 1000$ i deposited as a capital. I'm trading mostly on Bitcoins and US dollars. I'm very satisfied from the services of green fields, specially from the personal service that i'm getting from my senior account manager.

Hi Michael I came across your site by accident while I was looking into Greenfields to see if it was indeed a scam because i almost invested there last night but wanted to check them out first. Wow...I'm so glad I did...Thank you so much for a great site and info, and not forgetting all these people who still have the courage to WARN OTHERS, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. REALLY....YOU REALLY ARE DECENT PEOPLE, THANK GOD. THESE SITES REALLY ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH :-( I'm so sorry to these people who are now having all these problems, I truly am :-( I had 2 in mind and signed up to both. Greenfields IS UNREGULATED I FOUND OUT and IS CHEQ... IN PRAGUE. That is why they also have a UK number in LONDON. I'm from the UK and are gobsmacked we have not picked them up YET??? I want to ask you and your readers here if they have heard of Universal Markets - https://www.universemarkets.com ALSO, I THINK THE SAME SORT OF THING. I was going to sign up to these or Greenfields. NOW I THINK I WILL AVOID BOTH...GREENFIELDS FOR SURE. BUT IS UNIVERSAL MARKETS ALSO A SCAM PLEASE ANYONE HERE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM ??? Thank you all, MARK

Hello Mark, You are welcome, I am glad that you made your research before investing with the company. I do not know of UNIVERSAL MARKETS so unfortunately, I can not determine whether it is a scam or not. But it seems like they are not regulated.

Well, I've just managed to get back my £300.00 I put into Greenfield's Capital, I never signed any contract to double my deposit though. After reading here I thought 'sh*t, better try & get the money out' well I just put in the request to withdraw under the 'My Account' tab - it took 7-10 working days but today after a day or so on 'approved' status has finally gone back into my account and very relieved to see it. Its not money that I couldn't afford but who isn't going to feel unhappy about losing money especially being scammed out of it. Its an awful feeling finding out the company you are dealing with are dodgy. Anyway, to help others here main thing to note is if you do the withdraw process it really seems in reality no ID is required, I didn't give any as I suspect they don't have the facilities/staff to deal with it any way, or at least not for any legal uses. I kept getting emails asking me for my job title, my experience in trading, etc and threatening if I didn't give it they would close my account & I wouldn't be able to withdraw any money - all bull really. All the phone calls & emails from this company are aimed at dragging you further in, their all from their sales people and not worth taking any notice off in my opinion. I refused to accept any calls so never spoke to any of them, the one Email conversation I did have all she wanted to talk about was getting me to phone someone up even when I was talking about withdrawal with her - she was pushy to the point of being deranged. In the end I said if she doesn't return my money it is fraud and she didn't reply back to that. I basically think they spam on mass once they have your details without really having one iota of a clue about you or your circumstance. Like someone said above it is only the online chat service who seemed to have someone that seemed rational to discuss withdraw situation with (at least at time of writing) he basically reassured my my money would come out after 7-10 day which it was and grateful to see without any deduction as some have stated. I don't know if contacting hurried the process along at all, who knows, after days of just seeing pending I was thinking the likelihood of getting my money back was not great. To my mind this company sound like they work on the basis of what I would call legal theft - if they can get a contract claim over your money then its theirs and they'll try and suck as much out of you as they can. My only thought for those that have lost a lot of money is either look into reporting as a fraud or try the chargeback route as if its all just an elaborate virtual reality trading platform then they may just be hoping you walk away thinking your money is lost when its really all just an illusion, but its up to you to decide what to do. I'm thinking that by returning money to those like me that didn't 'trade' with them they are trying to extract money from people but remain or at least think they are remaining within the law. For me I now just have the cleaning up operation to embark on of getting them to close my account/delete contact details and wash myself of this whole sorry saga. I was initially roped in after an article about Dragons Den & Bit Coin Trader (turned out I was actually signing up with Greenfields)- which I now know is rubbish but was a very convincing article, all of the reviewers below it on Yahoo gave it a positive review and on that basis I decided the company was ok with no further need to read reviews elsewhere - big mistake. Fortunately I read all this stuff here before getting in deeper and will in future look at other review sites in dealing with companies far more closely and I think also stick more to companies that I already know are legit. Anyway, that's my embarrassing moment out the way, sincerely hope it helps others get out of this awful situation since I know how terrible it can feel, good luck all.

I got the usual 7-10 days but in all honesty this morning i got 250 back into my bank i have since bought smaller amounts of a genuine trading site of which there are many if you search sensible and made a little profit , I am hoping in time to understand more and maybe invest when i can and pay some things off thank you for this website it has helped me greatly , persevere with greenfields you may just get your cash back

Hi Tim, as above I didn't send any documents for verification and I got my money back (all £300 I had put in). Just click on the withdrawal button and wait a frustrating (on pending) 7-10 'working days'. It came back no problem and I was surprised. There requests for ID just seem to be spam so I never bothered with any of them. I suggest not to respond to their calls or emails they will just wind you up. The online help chat guy (green conversation bubble during daytime hours on their website) seemed more reasonable, but I think I would have got the money back anyway, most probably without contacting anyone once you put in for 'withdraw' option on their website.

Hi Michael, I am writing about my experience with Greenfield Capital. On the 26th of March I was searching the internet to find financial solutions. .The advertising of FinTech LTD. was interesting and I have checked out online Daniel Roberts and his software. When I decided I am going to try out on the official website : fintech-ltd.com.The click here button Create your Free FinTech account was leading me to the Greenfield Capital website .I got registered. I have tried to find the greenfield trading mobile app,but I could not.I made a deposit £250 on my account.I got call from Mark Cuban account manager,David Hunter team leader,Pablo Kane Account manager,Michael Stern Account Manager,Mark Austin Senior Account Manager. They was all pushy and I felt like the same person calling me with the same accent all the time just with different names requesting more money to become a VIP member.I said to them that i don`t have any more money. Some of them are lost their manners during conversations, because my phone signal are bad and I was persistent not to be rushed.I got an email from the Compliance Department and they was asking me to verify my account. There are five documents required for customer verification: 1. Front copy of a valid Government issued Photo ID 2. Back copy of a valid Government issued Photo ID 3. Front copy of your Credit/Debit Card 4. Back copy of your Credit/Debit Card 5. A copy of a valid Utility Bill I did send it to them but I felt really uneasy about it.I consider myself a smarter person then fell to the scams, but I did made a mistake this time.I got an email from them again saying I have to download Anydesk.com .Before installing it I have checked it out, what this is about. My previous boyfriend was teaching me how to repair my computer online because I am in the UK and he is in Hungary. The program we was using between family members was similar, give an access to someone to your computer online.I don`t trust strangers give access to my computer.I emailed greenfield that I am so sorry but I no longer wish to proceed with this financial arrangement ,and I have decided to withdraw my £250 deposit.I have tried it first on the website after log in and press the button:withdrawal. It was pending for more than an hour when I decided I am going to call them .I tried to call the number displayed within my transaction history:00442035829743.No one was answering, and no one was replying my emails either.I called the contact number from the website. It is an Estonian company situated at 5th Floor, office # 71 on 9th Joe St. Tallinn, Estonia.I called the phone number I was given by the website: +442036080844 Support Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 6 am – 6 pm There was a lady pick up the phone and asking for my trading ID and my name. After that she told me she can see my request and it will appear on my bank account the next 7 working days. After that I will cancel my account with greenfield and I will call my bank to cancel my credit card.I hope this summary will help anyone, who needs it and I would like to wish good luck and take care Kind regards Anita

Hello everyone, Yesterday I had a 2 hour first phone call with my account manager Irene Mayer. After some time she persuaded me into wiring 5000 USD to my GFC account and I did. Stupidly. Then she offered me a bonus which I also stupidly accepted and signed.... It was a bonus of 1100 USD. Then she said she could offer me a contract which would double the money I had. I had to wire another 2500 USD for that. Luckily I had already reached my spending limit of the day and I said I would do it the next day. But only after the phone call I started realizing how shady it al was and only then started doing research and found this website and seeing all these fellow victims. Just now I requested a withdrawal of the money I deposited and not the bonus money. Also, I have not done any trading yet and thus have not used the bonus yet. Is there any chance they will approve my withdrawal? I'm really scared at this point. She kept promising that there would be no risk and that I could withdraw my money at any time. I feel sooo stupid.

Greenfields Capital is definitely a scam - keep away at all costs. I invested £500, to which I grew to £724 after just one trade after the advice from Thomas, Once I saw the 'win' Thomas was pressurising me based on my easy money gain to invest another £5,000 to which I declined and said I wanted to see proof of concept first before I risked any money. He was extremely persistent however I declined. On trying to withdraw my money, they have let me withdraw my original £500 but have kept the £224. I wrote and complained to Thomas saying that I knew there was something wrong and please send me my £224. Another guy called Taylor emailed me to say he wanted to speak to me to which I replied, as soon as I receive my £224 then I would be happy to speak about investing more. His answer today was..... GOOD LUCK ANDREW !!! and no payment.

My partner signed up for Greenfields, I was unhappy with her doing so but it was her money, she deposited £250 and send them the required paperwork another thing I was unhappy with, as they are non regulated and seem a bit of a cowboy outfit. She did a few trades and managed to withdraw some of the money however there was £120 left in the account and she now notices her balance is £0......she has been charged an inactivity fee for not trading for a month which apparently is hidden in their terms and conditions, I would urge anyone not to deal with Greenfields Capital this is just blatant robbery, save your self stress and losing money and stay well clear of this bunch.

Hello Michael I'm looking for info re possible help from Credit Card providers having deposited funds this way into Greenfields Capital Finance Some comments on your page suggest that it may be possible to recover deposits made with credit cards. Any info or help you can give me would be very welcome My story to date - very briefly! I am a retired nurse and widow of 72 years of age who was taken in by the April 2018 advert which mentioned Dragons Den. I should have known better. I have now "invested" about £38,000 and I am now seriously in debt as I was constantly promised that a little more investment would "liquidate" my account and enable withdrawals to be made. In the last two weeks when I have been asking to withdraw my funds and close the account (standing at £38.000 just now) I have been bullied into depositing 1. £4000 to liquidate the bonus I had received 2. £3987 to facilitate the withdrawal 3. £3987 because the previous deposit had been lodged in my trading account when it should have been credited to the legal process. Just now I am being asked for another £2000+, commission for the legal team to enable withdrawal. I am now so stressed. I have decided not to take any further calls and seek help. Thus my email to you. I write to ask if you would be able to offer any advice as to how to recover my funds please I look forward to hearing from you Lynnette

Hello Lynnette, I am sorry to hear about your bad experience with this company. I would definitely advise you not to put any more money, this is how such entities operate - they try to convince you to invest as much money as they can get from you. If you made the deposits via credit card you can try to contact your bank, which has the possibility to reverse these payments. Some visitors of this forum were able to convince their bank, it's definitely worth a shot. If your bank says no to you, you can hire recovery experts that deal with this kind of stuff. Since you made such a big investment you should not give up and try to get your money back. Best of luck. Michael
