*Please note, that currently M-Pesa in Tanzania can be used only for deposits, for withdrawals Exness as of now supports only bank withdrawals. That is also the reason why the withdrawal takes up to 24 hours and is not instant as it uses to be with M-Pesa.

How to deposit money via M-Pesa to Exness

Here are a step by step instructions on how to deposit money via M-Pesa to your Exness trading account.

  1. Login to your Exness account
  2. In the left menu click the icon "Deposit", here select "M-Pesa"
  3. Fill in your M-Pesa details, including account number, currency and deposit amount and press next
  4. A summary page about your deposit will appear, if you agree with the terms, press confirm payment
  5. After that enter the mobile number you used to register with M-Pesa (+254 for Kenya, +255 for Tanzania) and press "pay"
  6. You are done, wait a few minutes for your deposit to be reflected in the Exness account

 

How to withdraw money via M-Pesa to Exness

In order to withdraw money from your Exness account, please follow these instructions.

  1. Login to your Exness account
  2. In the left menu click the icon "Withdrawal", here select under other methods "M-Pesa"
  3. Fill in your M-Pesa details, including account number, currency and withdrawal amount and press next
  4. Enter the code received by e-mail and confirm withdrawal
  5. Check the details of your withdrawal request and hit submit
  6. Follow the instructions on your mobile phone to finish payment processing
  7. You are done, wait a few minutes for your withdrawal to reflect in your M-Pesa account

 

Make sure to put the same phone number you used for depositing, otherwise the transfer won’t go through.
